how can i lose weight and have fun doing it

When I do something I want to become a part of it. I want to feel it and see that it really influences me and changes my point of view. It is really important for me in life and I can^t imagine doing it differently. Maybe you are a person that feels the same way about it? Please let me know as I really want to learn that I am not the only one thinking like this about that. I want to be engaged in all the actions that I am supposed to do. If you do something but you don^t see the reason for it as well as if you don^t like it, you can^t expect that it will lead to some spectacular results. Do you understand it or not? Recently I wanted to learn how can i lose weight and I wanted to have fun doing it. I wanted to change my whole life while I was changing my eating habits. I think that by doing this and engaging completely into this idea I might achieve my goal sooner and the whole process would be fun. I have learned how can i lose weight and now I just have to add the philosophy to it. I want this to be interesting and I hope that after the process is finished I will feel better.
