Driving instructor training in different languages
As I am the owner of a driving school I would like to tell you about a problem that we have been facing last year. As we have officially announced that people are able to sign to our new driving instructor training a lot of people came to attend it. But unfortunately a great amount of those people asked us about a possibility of taking driving instructor training in their mother languages. At that time our center didn't allow that possibility and thus we have lost many clients and quite a lot of money as well. We understood that we have to upgrade our system and hire new instructors that are able to perform driving instructor training in different languages. As a matter of fact it was not difficult at all and after we have placed an advertisement in the newspaper a lot of instructors contacted us and wanted to work for us. After we had hired them, we have more people attending the courses than ever before. We have introduced a possibility of choosing languages such as Polish, English, French and German. We are still looking forward to increase the number of available languages in the near future. It was a very good decision and I do not regret it.
